In my math group we have been learning how to solve a problem using a number line. We had to find an outfit head to toe from the warehouse and add up the total. We also had to choose a them to go with our outfit, I decided to choose beach party.

Weekend Journal

On Saturday me and my sister went to my nephew's birthday party.  Xander turned 2 years old, Xander's birthday was meant to be on April the 3rd but they celebrated it on the 18th of March because my niece is being born next month.  There was lots of food and games, but to be honest it was a little bit boring. 

On Sunday I didn't really do much I basically chilled out and watched a really late movie that went up till 10 with everyone so that's why I look really tired.

Science Road Show Reflection

Tuesday 13th our class went to a science road show. The science show was at Grey High in their hall.

We learnt about pond water, we all learnt that pond water has water fleas inside every single drop. 

One of the scientist made a chemical reaction called elephant toothpaste. At first it was only a little bit of it but after a couple seconds it grew more and more and then it stopped growing.

I liked it when I went up on the stage and used the metal detector. 

I wished that there was more time to explore. 

But overall I thought that it was very generous of the teachers and parents to prepare all of this for our class and help with transport.

Weekend Journal

On Friday I  ate food, went out on the farm to help my Dad and slept.

On Saturday, woke up really late round about 10, ate breakfast.  Cleaned my room then all of a sudden Lucy appeared at the front of my door with Catrin and her mum.
Lucy got dropped of there from Breagh's B-Day.  Me and Lucy basically watched YouTube videos ever since she got there.  After watching round about 20 videos we got hungry so we made some banana pops.  After banana pops we watched more videos and then Lucy's dad came to pick her up.  

On Saturday night  there was a movie on so we watched it.  Had a shower, ate tea and then went back to the movie.  After the movie that went up till 9:30 I went to sleep.

Sunday woke up at 8 went back to sleep.  Actual woke up at 10 again, ate breakfast went on the farm round about 3 with Dad and helped him drench the sheep.  Then after 2 - 3 hours went back home, had a drink, ate food and watched the news then went to sleep.
