Weekend Journal w

On Saturday I went on the farm with my Dad and Bryce, we came back home around 4:00 .  We watched 2 movies , The Little Mermaid and Kung Fu Panda 2.   We ate popcorn because it was a movie. 
On Sunday I went on the farm again because I felt like it and this time all 4 children (including me) went on the farm with Dad.  While we were gathering up the cattle I saw 4 of our pets.  Lucky, Red eye, Big boy and Smoky.  We soon put the cattle in the cattle yard when we reached the farm.  We rounded up the sheep, while we were doing that we spotted a last year's pet lamb. Her name is Snowy, Dad soon crutched Snowy and we took her home on the motorbike! 

My holiday Journal

The first week of my holiday I was sick, my brother Bryce got sick then passed his sickness to my sister ( Brianna) then she passed it to my other brother ( Bruce) then finally he passed it to me and my parents.   I soon got better on Saturday, talking about Saturday I watched heaps of movies on Saturday with my family.  

I also cleaned my room and redecorated it, because I was getting bored of the look of my room.

It took about 2 days and a half, I really like the end product of my room.  On the second day I attempted to clean my room, some of our friends came over Jane and Graham ( they're adults)

We went to the farm to pick up some fencing gear such as posts, wire and that's basically it.  

My biggest highlight is going across the river with my dad and sister, at first I thought it was going to be scary, but no that was not the scary part.  The scary part was dad moving the rocks and logs, because whenever he moved something the tractor would either lean on one side a little or go on top of the rock.  I was terrified because I hated the feeling when the tractor leaned.  The side I was sitting on didn't have a door because it got smashed.  This is why whenever I was scared I jumped out of the tractor,  it was actually really fun.  

My holiday wasn't filled with much exiting things because most of the time I was relaxing and spending time with my family. 

I also slept in heaps ( which I love about holidays)

Refugee Interview: Mary, Tess & Emily

For my last reading activity I decided to team up with Emily and Tess.  We decided to do an interview with " Alan Gratz".  I was Alan Gratz, Emily was the crazy fan and Tess was the interviewer.  We did this because Alan Gratz is the author of refugee.

Weekend Journal

My weekend Journal 

On Saturday morning my dad and I went to town to get some groceries.  We had to be back before 3:00, because we had a special birthday party to attend.  After groceries we went to one of dad's friend's house, that took about an hour.  Pretty sure our ice-cream 🍦 melted by the time we got home.  When we got home I was so exited, but dad decided to go on the farm, that took about 20 or so minutes.  My siblings and I got all dressed up for the party, I wore a dress ( a very long dress) and so did Brianna.  The boys wore their best suits.  We soon arrived at the party at 5:49, surprisingly we were in time.  There was heaps of food, games and people.  It was two birthdays together, my niece and nephew.  They rented out a hall, we went back home about 8:50.

On Sunday I woke up at 11:00 am, I ate my breakfast.  On Sunday night we watched a family movie, after that ended we watched the Common Wealth Games.  Mum, Dad and I stayed up until 11:49.

Easter Weekend Journal

On Friday I got to video call my best friend, Lucy.  We talked and talked until one of my friend's came over, the first time we met was last year at a birthday party.  We saw each other again twice, one this year and the other last year at the Filipino Christmas party.  Her name is Clara and she is Mr Cook's daughter.  Clara and I went to play on the bails with my siblings, we played hide and seek and tag.  

On Friday night, me and my mum pumped up  a lot of balloons for Brianna and Bruce's birthday party.  Dad also told us a story about his accident, which happened when he was 16.  It was really interesting to hear, after we pumped up all of the balloons I made 2 cards.

Saturday was the day of Brianna and Bruce's birthday party, Mackenzie and Pippa came and we played on the bails and ate heaps of food.  I got to play with my nephew and niece, they are also having a birthday party this week.

On Sunday we had an Easter egg hunt, I'm pretty sure I got the most.  Bryce got the biggest prize though, we ate all our Easter eggs and I got a bit sick.  Not just because of the Easter eggs, but also all the food from the party.

On Monday and Tuesday we didn't really do much, we just chilled and relaxed.
