My holiday Journal

The first week of my holiday I was sick, my brother Bryce got sick then passed his sickness to my sister ( Brianna) then she passed it to my other brother ( Bruce) then finally he passed it to me and my parents.   I soon got better on Saturday, talking about Saturday I watched heaps of movies on Saturday with my family.  

I also cleaned my room and redecorated it, because I was getting bored of the look of my room.

It took about 2 days and a half, I really like the end product of my room.  On the second day I attempted to clean my room, some of our friends came over Jane and Graham ( they're adults)

We went to the farm to pick up some fencing gear such as posts, wire and that's basically it.  

My biggest highlight is going across the river with my dad and sister, at first I thought it was going to be scary, but no that was not the scary part.  The scary part was dad moving the rocks and logs, because whenever he moved something the tractor would either lean on one side a little or go on top of the rock.  I was terrified because I hated the feeling when the tractor leaned.  The side I was sitting on didn't have a door because it got smashed.  This is why whenever I was scared I jumped out of the tractor,  it was actually really fun.  

My holiday wasn't filled with much exiting things because most of the time I was relaxing and spending time with my family. 

I also slept in heaps ( which I love about holidays)  

Easter Weekend Journal

On Friday I got to video call my best friend, Lucy.  We talked and talked until one of my friend's came over, the first time we met was last year at a birthday party.  We saw each other again twice, one this year and the other last year at the Filipino Christmas party.  Her name is Clara and she is Mr Cook's daughter.  Clara and I went to play on the bails with my siblings, we played hide and seek and tag.  

On Friday night, me and my mum pumped up  a lot of balloons for Brianna and Bruce's birthday party.  Dad also told us a story about his accident, which happened when he was 16.  It was really interesting to hear, after we pumped up all of the balloons I made 2 cards.

Saturday was the day of Brianna and Bruce's birthday party, Mackenzie and Pippa came and we played on the bails and ate heaps of food.  I got to play with my nephew and niece, they are also having a birthday party this week.

On Sunday we had an Easter egg hunt, I'm pretty sure I got the most.  Bryce got the biggest prize though, we ate all our Easter eggs and I got a bit sick.  Not just because of the Easter eggs, but also all the food from the party.

On Monday and Tuesday we didn't really do much, we just chilled and relaxed.

Autobiography Creation!

 My Autobiography Poem

We made these pieces of art so we get to know each other a bit better.  Although we have a really small  class with only 12 students there were some new people from the other classes. Also it's a new year so it's a new class.  First we traced our own hands onto a blank piece of paper, then after we drew in some straight lines.  We did this because it made interesting shapes, all different sizes . We then traced our hands and lines with a sharpie to make it stand out.  After, we started to paint in the lines.  About halfway we started to create our poem, we then printed and cut them out and kept painting. Since I thought my colours weren't bright enough I went over all of the shapes 3 times and it made nice bold shapes.  I was also falling behind so I decided to leave the hands white because they stood out and looked cool.  I was nearly finished all I needed to do now was glue the poem and my first and last name on.  The 2nd to last step was to take a picture on seesaw and then recorded our voice over it and read our poems.  The very final step is to post it onto our blogs.

I think this was a very fun creation to do, although I took quiet a while.
It's also very effective and stands out, our poems also look really nice on our blank wall.

My Weekend Journal

On Saturday I was searching for a new ukulele because I got an inspiration from a AGT winner who played her ukulele, her name is Grace Vanderwaal. While I looked for a ukulele I listened to some of her songs. I went outside and climbed some trees and went on the trampoline.

On Sunday my two year old nephew and my three months old niece came to visit us because we haven't seen them for ages. I taught my nephew how to say his name and potato, he is learning how to count up to ten and say some Filipino words.

I got to hold my baby niece, but then she started crying because she was hungry, when she finished her drink my Mum got to hold her, I tried to make her smile and she did. She was talking to me in her baby talk which was so cute.

Overall I think my weekend was pretty fun and exiting. 😎 

Short Weekend Journal

My weekend was a bit boring so I'll only tell you the things that was fun.
On Friday or Saturday I emailed Chelsea and she emailed me back!, I would of just did it the easy way and snapchat her but I couldn't find my phone charger. I asked her questions such as does anyone play basketball and she said yes and they also have a basketball team, hockey team and touch team.
On Saturday night we watched two movies Planes and the Bee movie.
On Sunday night we watched a movie one was Avatar.
On Sunday my mum saw this thing on something and she tried to bake it, it looked delicious but the name didn't sound delicious, I asked her what the name was and she said Crinkles Cookie!
I thought why that name and then I soon realised that it was a Filipino desert or something. You see Filipino desert names are quiet weird.

Exciting Weekend Journal

On Saturday we didn't really do much but at night time we watched the movie A bug's life because the little kids wanted to.

Sunday was a big day for me, my little brothers Bryce and Bruce because we were going to go across a river in the truck but don't worry the river was filled with shingle some how so that made it easy for us to cross the river because it was really shallow. I had a heart attack throughout the crossing because I thought we were going to drown in vein, but we didn't, phew. While we were up there we decided to look for some fish because one day there was heaps of fish in the crooked river but after a couple of days the fish started to fade away and my Dad thought they went up the clearing where we were and guess what there was heaps in the creeks. We were so amazed by the fish so we decided to take a photo and I decided to try catch one but that didn't work out because I got all wet.

Overall I think my weekend was pretty funky and busy.

Weekend Journal

On Friday I  ate food, went out on the farm to help my Dad and slept.

On Saturday, woke up really late round about 10, ate breakfast.  Cleaned my room then all of a sudden Lucy appeared at the front of my door with Catrin and her mum.
Lucy got dropped of there from Breagh's B-Day.  Me and Lucy basically watched YouTube videos ever since she got there.  After watching round about 20 videos we got hungry so we made some banana pops.  After banana pops we watched more videos and then Lucy's dad came to pick her up.  

On Saturday night  there was a movie on so we watched it.  Had a shower, ate tea and then went back to the movie.  After the movie that went up till 9:30 I went to sleep.

Sunday woke up at 8 went back to sleep.  Actual woke up at 10 again, ate breakfast went on the farm round about 3 with Dad and helped him drench the sheep.  Then after 2 - 3 hours went back home, had a drink, ate food and watched the news then went to sleep.
